Staying at this hotel near Tokyo Station felt like a home away from home. The convenient location was perfect for catching early Shinkansen trains. The quiet room was surprisingly spacious and the staff were polite and informative. However, the overpriced breakfast buffet was a downside. Overall, a fantastic choice for a Tokyo staycation.

The spacious room with a stunning Tokyo skyline view and exceptional luggage service impressed me. Though the small room size and lack of amenities were minor drawbacks, the modern ambiance, helpful staff, and great location near Tokyo Station made my experience enjoyable.

Just stayed next to Tokyo station. The breakfast overlooking the city was amazing. Staff was SO HELPFUL. Room was smaller than in photos but fully equipped. Would stay again!

The bedding, PJs, and carpet were discolored and worn out, giving the room a tired appearance. The bathroom was also outdated.

The location was on point-right next to Tokyo Station, making hopping on trains a breeze. Our room was cozy but decently sized, not like a shoebox like some places.👍 The vending machine on our floor was out of order though, so had to go downstairs for drinks. But overall, lovely stay, especially appreciative of the daily room refreshes and killer city view at night!
